Uni Square Apartments opens for booking

Property developer Chong Kia Hoi Realty Sdn Bhd (CKH Realty) is now accepting bookings for its Uni Square Apartments, a gated and guarded residential development situated opposite the main entrance of University Malaysia Sarawak (Unimas), Kota Samarahan.

It comprises 124 units of walk-up four-storey apartments. The development will have security features like high perimeter fencing with 24-hour security patrol and guardhouse controlled access.
